Sands Chevrolet opened today in Surprise

Sands Chevrolet today opened within the 303 AutoShow at Prasada.

The dealership – called Sands at Surprise – is located off Loop 303 and Waddell Road within the overall master-planned development of Prasada. The 95,000-square-foot dealership, a GM Automotive Superstore, sits on 18 acres. The dealership includes many eco-friendly elements.

For the past 75 years, Sands Chevrolet has been a family owned and operated automotive dealership serving the Valley. The dealership plans a March 7-8 weekend of Grand Opening events celebrate its overall successes.

Prasada is a market-driven, master-planned community where living, working, shopping and entertaining will blend seamlessly across 4,200 acres in the rapidly growing City of Surprise. More than 800 acres will be dedicated for neighborhood and power centers, an auto mall and other complementary retail and commercial uses. The retail is being developed by Westcor and RED Development. Within the project, the 303 AutoShow at Prasada, made up of 120 acres and 10 dealer sites, is being developed by SRS Real Estate Partners.
